SPECIAL ADHESIVE WITH HIGH COMPATIBILITY WITH EPOXY RESINS

CARBOTACK02-A is a specific spray adhesive for composite materials, specifically designed for use with epoxy resin, solvent-based and special resins for the positioning of fabrics (carbon, kevlar, fibreglass), in PRE-PREG processes, Infusion, RFI, RTM.
​
Tested in the laboratory to avoid yellowing and possible defects in products with exposed carbon, also resisting high temperatures.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION
It is used to laminate foams of various types and densities together. It is also suitable for laminating foams together with substrates such as plasterboard, wood, metal, textiles, felt, cardboard, foam, soft foams, vinyl materials, leather, rubber of various types, etc.
DO NOT USE ON LOW-DENSITY POLYSTYRENE.
ESP100-A
Spray adhesive with high dry residue for bonding various types of foam such as EPS, XPS, PVC, PU, PET etc. It is a synthetic-based adhesive with high initial tack, it can be used by applying the product on one side and sticking within 1-2 minutes, or by applying the product on both sides with an open time of 30 seconds to 20 minutes.

It is used to couple foams of various types and densities together, and is also suitable for coupling foams to various supports such as plasterboard, wood, metal, fabrics, felts, cardboard, foam rubber, soft foams, vinyl materials, leather, rubber various types etc. It is suitable for gluing foams even on materials with a high absorption coefficient, it is a product with low penetrating capacity

PLP120-S
Single-component, high-heat resistant, solvent-based polychloroprene contact adhesive for spray use.

High temperature resistance, can be applied by airbrush with drop cup.

PLP100-P/S
Single-component, solvent-based polychloroprene contact adhesive.
Can be applied by airbrush with drop cup (PLP100-S), or by brush (PLP100-P).

Available with AT01 activator in a 50 ml bottle to improve heat resistance.

-Bonding of various materials such as soft PVC, neoprene, hypalon, polyurethane, rubber, wood, leather, synthetic fabric.
-Used for leather upholstery on dashboards and car doors.
Thanks to thermal reactivation, it can be reactivated for complex bonding.
-Also used in the marine sector for repairing dinghies
APS01-PS
Single-component primer for brush and spray application
Can be applied by airbrush with drop cup, or by brush.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION
-Preparation for bonding various materials such as leather, imitation leather, synthetic fabric.
-Avoids migration of plasticisers on materials to be bonded.
-Avoids yellowing due to migration of plasticisers on light-coloured fabric and imitation leather.
-Used before use of the adhesives PLP120-P, PLP100-P/S and PLR80-P for leather upholstery on dashboards and car doors, in case of materials difficult to bond.
